There are numerous cinemas to choose from when in Cyprus. Depending on the city that you are in you will find that the choice may differ. Regardless of your preference of a small or large cinema you are sure to find a cinema that offers the comfort and experience that you are looking for. Below you will find a brief description of some of the more popular cinemas in Cyprus although there are many more.

Alamo Cinema – Nicosia
This cinema can accommodate visitors and offer an environment of relaxation and comfort to ensure that the experience that any visitor to the cinema has is enjoyable, pleasurable and memorable.

Apollon Cinema – Limassol, Nicosia
This cinema was reformed to offer the ultimate cinematic experience. It has been designed to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment with top of the range technology. The cinema offers a wide range of safety and convenience services to its visitors and easy access is ensured with its location being in the centre of Kavala.

Cineorasis Cinemas – Paphos
Cineorasis is one of two cinemas that can be found in Paphos. This cinema shows many English films. However, it is advisable to check with the cinema on the language of each individual film prior to making arrangements to go and see a film.

K. Cineplex – Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca
K. Cineplex is the biggest operator in Cyprus of multiplex cinemas. It has 22 screens over three cities. Each one of the cinemas’ are situated centrally and are all easy to get to and access.

Pantheon Cineplex Ltd – Nicosia
The Pantheon opened its doors in 1980 and is located in the centre of Nicosia. It shows a wide selection of quality independent films and world cinema that deals with current various social issues. The cinema also works with various organisations to bring events such as cultural film festivals and documentary nights.

Rio Cinema – Limassol
The Rio has three big screens and presents films to the public in both the Greek and English language. It offers various refreshments that you can enjoy in comfort whilst watching the movie of your choice.

Zena Palace Cinema – Nicosia
This cinema was first established in 1983 and is located in the centre of Nicosia. Zena Palace cinema is the last traditional cinema in Cyprus with a seating capacity of 600 and the largest screen. It is a cinema equipped with some of the best in revolutionary sound equipment.
