On behalf of our client, an Investment and CYSEC regulated firm we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Spanish Speaking Back Office Executive.
Location: Nicosia
Job Description:
Assist with the collection of client KYC documents
Authorize the opening of new client accounts
Assist with the execution of the daily withdrawals requests
Monitor client accounts and ensure of the validity of the documents
Regularly monitor for the detection of expired client KYC documents
Provide general assistance for the smooth running of the Back Office Department
Requirements:
Some experience in a Back Office department within a regulated firm is preferred
Customer Support Experience also an advantage
A University Degree in Business or relevant is preferred
Fluent in Spanish
Excellent organizing and communicating skills
