Limassol
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and rapidly expanding Technology company with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Configure a CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins for a data and analytics delivery (Talend, Cloudera, Tableau).
- Provision AWS Infrastructure components (VPC, ELB, Subnet) using Cloud formation.
- Tableau application performance monitor configuration and integration of Apache Impala.
- Deploy Cloudera clusters within an AWS environment.
- Use Splunk and Data Dog for monitoring and application logging.
- Kerberos integration with IPA and MDS for Cloudera and Tableau.
- Automate AWS services and resources using Chef.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying solutions to AWS.
- Proven experience with clustering and load balancing (Hadoop Cloudera)
- Worked with CI/CD in a scaled Agile environment.
- Experience of Talend orchestration.
- Experience of developing enterprise grade ETL/data pipelines with tools like Informatica and Talend.
- Experience using development and deployment technologies, for instance virtualisation and management (Tableau), continuous integration tools (Jenkins).
- Ability to collaborate with development teams.
