KC Firiakis, on behalf of its client, a regulated Forex Company, currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Head of Brokerage at its headquarters in Limassol. Could you be the candidate that we’re looking for?

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the Dealing Room;
• Apply operational procedures and ensure that all processes and internal controls are followed;
• Monitor the operation of Forex platforms with regarding reception, transmission and execution of client orders;
• Apply Company’s ‘Order Execution Policy’;
• Prepare reports requested from the Management;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;
• Assist on P&L and Brokerage Income calculations;
• Assist the Risk Management Department;
• Keep up to date with the global financial markets;
• Monitor clients’ exposure and manage this exposure;
• Understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFiD II.

Candidate Profile:

·         University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other related field;

·         At least one year of relevant experience in the Forex Industry in the Dealing Department - must;

·         Basic  Cysec Certification is a must (Advanced is an advantage) ;

·         Extensive knowledge of MT4 Platform;

·         Experience of foreign exchange and CFDs products (use of trading platforms);

·         Good knowledge of the Financial Markets;

·         Fluency in English both written and orally;

·         Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems;

·         Self-confident and target-oriented;

·         Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills;

·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;

·         Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner;

• Willingness to work shift patterns as required.
